At SPLAKDHN GPS, we strive to provide quality GPS tracking devices, dashcams, and related products to our customers across India. Please read our Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Coverage Area
This policy applies only to orders delivered within India.
At present, returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not available for international orders shipped outside India.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return only if:
- The product received is physically damaged during transit; or
- The product is defective, non-functional, or not working upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and invoice.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or mishandling by the customer.
SPLAKDHN GPS reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any return, replacement, or refund request.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind purchases
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Products returned after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Software, subscriptions, activation charges, installation charges, or service fees (if applicable)
4. Return Shipping Charges
For all approved return requests:
- The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return courier/shipping charges to send the product back to us.
- SPLAKDHN GPS is not responsible for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking information.
5. Exchange & Replacement Policy
If the returned product is verified as defective, damaged, or non-functional:
- A replacement product may be provided subject to stock availability.
- The customer must bear the cost of shipping the defective product back to us.
- SPLAKDHN GPS will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product to the customer.
Replacement requests are subject to successful inspection and verification of the reported issue.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- A replacement product is not available; or
- SPLAKDHN GPS determines that a refund is the appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Shipping charges, installation charges, service charges, and other non-product fees may not be refundable.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
SPLAKDHN GPS reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons. In such cases, eligible payments will be refunded as applicable.
8. Inspection & Verification
All returned products undergo inspection and testing upon receipt.
SPLAKDHN GPS reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject return requests
- Approve or reject replacement requests
- Determine whether damage or defects are covered under this policy
The company’s decision after inspection shall be final.
