6. Tracking Data & Location Information
GPS tracking data is provided solely for informational purposes.
SPLAKDHN GPS shall not be responsible for:

- Delayed tracking updates.
- Missed alerts.
- Vehicle theft.
- Vehicle recovery failure.
- Asset loss.
- Driver actions.
- Customer decisions made using tracking information.
Customers acknowledge that tracking data should not be relied upon as the sole basis for safety, security, legal, financial, operational, emergency, or business decisions.
7. Account Security & Cybersecurity
While reasonable security measures are implemented, no internet-based platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
SPLAKDHN GPS shall not be liable for losses arising from:

9. Vehicle Installation, Wiring & Electrical Liability
Customers acknowledge that vehicle electrical systems, wiring configurations, batteries, ECUs, electronic modules, accessories, aftermarket modifications, and vehicle conditions vary significantly between vehicles.
While SPLAKDHN GPS may provide installation services directly or through service partners, customers acknowledge that vehicle manufacturers, previous modifications, hidden wiring issues, corrosion, electrical faults, battery conditions, aftermarket accessories, accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, and circumstances beyond our control may affect installation outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SPLAKDHN GPS shall not be liable for:
- Vehicle electrical faults.

- Battery drain.
- ECU or electronic module issues.

10. Pricing, Taxes & Payments
All prices displayed are subject to change without notice.
Customers agree to pay:
- Product charges.
- Applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges (where applicable).
- Installation charges (where applicable).
- International shipping charges (where applicable).
Customers are responsible for compliance with tax obligations applicable in their jurisdiction.
11. International Orders & Export Compliance
For international orders, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Export documentation from India shall be provided by SPLAKDHN GPS as applicable.
- International shipping, freight, insurance, customs, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage charges, and related expenses shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SPLAKDHN GPS, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, expenses, costs, or legal fees arising from:

Under no circumstances shall SPLAKDHN GPS be liable for claims exceeding the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, regardless of the nature of the claim, including contract, tort, negligence, warranty, statutory liability, or otherwise.
