1. Delivery Coverage

SPLAKDHN GPS delivers products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

We also support international shipments; however, additional shipping and export-related charges may apply for orders delivered outside India.


2. Free Shipping for Website Orders

We offer Free Shipping Across India on eligible orders placed directly through our official website Only:

Free shipping applies only to products purchased and paid for directly through our website checkout process.


3. Orders Placed Through Other Channels

Orders placed through:

  • Phone Calls
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Offline Orders
  • Custom Orders
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Dealer/Agent Assisted Orders

may be subject to a flat shipping charge or applicable courier charges, depending on the product, delivery location, and shipping method.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.


4. Bulk, Corporate, Dealer & Agent Orders

shipping charges will be calculated separately based on:

  • Volumetric Weight
  • Actual Weight
  • Number of Packages

Shipping costs for such orders will be charged at actuals or as mutually agreed during order confirmation.


5. Installation Services

SPLAKDHN GPS products can be shipped across India.

Where installation support is required, installation availability, scheduling, and charges (if applicable) may vary depending on the location and service partner availability.

Customers are advised to contact us before placing an order if installation support is required.


6. Delivery Time

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

8. Delivery Delays

SPLAKDHN GPS shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

9. Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Customers should immediately notify us.
  • Photographs and proper Opening videos of the package and product may be requested for verification.
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Such cases will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy.


For orders shipped outside India:

10. International Shipping & Export Orders

SPLAKDHN GPS will arrange shipment pickup, export documentation, export processing, and dispatch from India through authorized logistics, courier, cargo, freight forwarding, or export channels.

  • International shipments may be covered by courier or cargo insurance, where applicable, as per the selected shipping service and carrier terms.
  • All international shipping, freight, cargo, export handling, insurance, customs brokerage, destination delivery, and related logistics charges shall be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • International shipping and export-related expenses are separate from the product purchase price and may be charged additionally based on destination, package dimensions, weight, insurance requirements, courier partner rates, and applicable regulations.

SPLAKDHN GPS shall provide all export-related documentation required from our side in India.

Once a shipment has departed from India, the customer/importer shall be solely responsible for:

  • Import permits, licenses, certifications, registrations, or approvals required in the destination country.
  • Customs clearance at destination.
  • Payment of import duties, customs duties, VAT/GST, local taxes, storage fees, inspection fees, brokerage fees, handling charges, and any other government-imposed charges.
  • Compliance with all laws, regulations, restrictions, sanctions, and import requirements applicable in the destination country.
Customs Delays, Holds, Returns & Seizures

If a shipment is:

  • Delayed by customs authorities,
  • Held for inspection,
  • Stopped during transit,
  • Returned to India,
  • Rejected by customs,
  • Refused by the recipient,
  • Abandoned by the recipient,
  • Destroyed by customs authorities,
  • Confiscated by customs or regulatory agencies,
  • Subject to storage or warehouse charges,
  • Subject to penalties, fines, duties, taxes, legal fees, demurrage charges, detention charges, or any similar expenses,

whether in the destination country, transit country, international warehouse, customs facility, port, airport, courier hub, or any other location outside India, all such costs, liabilities, losses, charges, penalties, and expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the client/importer.

The customer agrees to reimburse and indemnify SPLAKDHN GPS against any such costs or liabilities arising from the shipment.

SPLAKDHN GPS shall not be responsible for:

  • Customs-related delays outside India.
  • Import restrictions imposed by foreign governments.
  • Shipment confiscation, destruction, or seizure.
  • Failure of the customer to provide required import documents.
  • Additional taxes, duties, penalties, fines, storage charges, warehouse fees, legal expenses, or regulatory charges imposed outside India.
  • Losses arising from refusal, abandonment, non-clearance, or return of shipments by customs or the customer.

In cases where a shipment is returned to India for any reason, all return shipping charges, customs charges, warehouse fees, handling charges, duties, taxes, penalties, and related expenses shall be borne entirely by the customer.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for complying with import laws and regulations of the destination country and agrees to bear all international shipping, customs, regulatory, and related costs beyond the point of export from India.
